I came into the American Medical Hearing Centers on Via Linda, Scottsdale and asked if they could clean my hearing aids. The receptionist was very helpful. Shane came out and took me into the room. He asked what I wanted and I gave him my hearing aids and he cleaned them at no charge. I will come back again.

When help I needed with my hearing and ear, I found American Medical Hearing Center and had nothing to fear. They treated me great and off we went went, To find a device to improve my hearing was my intent. AMHC was great - called on Thursday and got an appointment for the next day (five minutes from my condo). Was greeted buy by a friendly receptionist who took my hearing aids and cleaned them! Within 5 min. was greeted by Nancy and was escorted back to her spacious and neat office. She reached out to a colleague and between then decided that it was probably needed a new lithium battery. Of course they do not stock the battery I needed, but could order and it would take a week...We then made a call to the office in Illinois where I purchased them and they do stock them at their store. Leaving next week, so not a problem. Other than not being able to fix my HA the customer service that I received was excellent! Maybe stocking this battery would be my only suggestion. The tube on one of my hearing aids was slightly cut. American Medical Hearing Centers (on Tamiami) replaced it within 5 minutes for free. The last time I had a similar issue I was charged $120 at a different clinic.

I have been wearing Phonak Hearing Aids for 20 years and I have experimented with most types including the lyric, in the ear and various sizes outside the ear. Most have helped me but never as much as my newest set from American Medical Hearing Centres here in Sun City West. These are the newest A1 Phonak Audeo 190 -Sphere which are the greatest yet in noisy environments especially in restaurants. I have been particularly impressed with the help and guidance I have received from Matthew Tillman, HAD,BC-HIS who is both personable and dedicated in helping me get back to a sense of normalcy with my hearing .

I am a resident of Ohio but own a condo in Naples, FL where I spend my winters. My right hearing aid, that I purchased in Ohio, stopped working correctly. I went online and found an American Medical Hearing Center close by. I took a chance because I didn't know anything about them. I did read the reviews and they were encouraging. I called on Monday and Tuesday morning I had an appointment. Ever is the name of the polite young man who fixed my hearing aid, free of charge. I am so happy I chose American Medical Hearing and highly recommend them. Thank you, Ever!

I went to American Medical Hearing Center in Bonita Springs this week. I met with Hunter. I've used several hearing centers over the past 20 years. I have never received theas good as the AMHC before. Hunter was my audiologist. I highly recommend seeing him. He did the best job explaining my hearing deficiencies that I've ever received and I learned quite a bit from. Likewise Savanna received us at the clinic and was incredibly professional and cordial. I won't be visiting any more clinics other than this one
